Welcome

What is Vibrational Energy Medicine?

You are probably familiar with the term body/mind/spirit. This refers to the dynamic energy systems that define humans. These systems differ in individuals due to varying evolutionary patterns of soul growth. When these systems get too far out of balance, the result is dis-ease. This dis-ease can manifest physically, mentally, or spiritually.

“When we are in a state of health, we’re like an extraordinary orchestra that’s playing a wonderful symphony of the self. But what happens if the second violin player loses her sheet music? She begins to play out of tune, and pretty soon the entire string section sound bad. Pretty soon, in fact, the entire orchestra is off. This is a metaphor for disease.”

Jonathan Goldman, Director of The Sound Healers Association

Because all forms of healing outside the use of pharmaceuticals involve using a source of energy represented by vibrations or wavelengths, technically, they are all “vibrational healing.”

At Sound For Life™ the interest lies with the use of sound vibrations for healing.

Sound Healing

Patricia Caldwell believes strongly in the healing power of sound. Reclaiming her “voice” in 1990 started her on a wonderful adventure of uncovering and resurrecting her Authentic Self. The manner in which she was lead to people, places and experiences can only be described as a “Path of Miracles.” Looking back, she was able to see that facing her fears and letting her voice be heard was the catalyst for living a way of life that was unknown to her before that time.

It is said that your own voice is your most potent tool for healing! Patricia’s experiences have proven this to be true for her. As a result, she is committed to helping others to reclaim their own voice.

The Tibetan Singing Bowls play a major role in her healing sound therapy. Patricia Caldwell has recently expanded her efforts in sound healing to working with cancer patients, responding to the research by bio-energeticist Fabien Maman and Mitchell L. Gaynor, M.D., Director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at Strang-Cornell Cancer Prevention Center.

“Sound enters the healing equation from several directions: it may alter cellular functions through energetic effects; it may entrain biological systems to function more homeostatically; it may calm the mind and therefore the body; or it may have emotional effects, which influence neurotransmitters and neuropeptides, which in turn help to regulate the immune system—the healer within.”

Dr. Mitchell L. Gaynor
